Steps

Pre-Onboarding

IT sets up email, CRM login, and document access.

HR provides employee handbook and compliance documents.

First Week

Introduction to Sotheby’s brand values and standards.

Training on CRM, document management, and communication tools.

Assign a mentor for shadowing.

First 30 Days

Attend compliance training.

Complete a client case study simulation.

Begin managing a limited number of clients under supervision.

Ongoing Development

Access to continuous learning modules.

Quarterly performance check-ins with manager.
